Home from 4th Street

I've made it safely home from this year's Fourth Street Fantasy Conversation. Much fun was had by me, including impromptu singalongs, finally getting to meet Emma Bull (coffeeem) and Will Shetterly, and collecting author autographs for my shiny new copy of "Welcome to Bordertown". Also hugs, seeing old friends again, and the neat conversations that are the hallmark of Fourth Street.

On the other hand, it was truly bizarre to board the airplane for the flight back to Boston and find that an aviation mechanic was busily reconstructing the seat next to mine. I presume he did a good job, as the person who eventually got to sit in that seat had no complaints.
