Snowpocalypse? Naw.

Actually, for a supposedly apocalyptic event, these two snowstorms we've had (Friday and today) haven't been that bad. Lots of snow, to be sure - Friday's storm delivered a foot or so and today's will be close to that amount. That makes for a lot of shoveling.

But I haven't heard of any disastrous traffic nightmares, or any fresh spates of power outages. And these accumulations should be enough to ensure a white Christmas around here even with rain predicted for Christmas Eve.
